・如經確認刻字有無法完成的情況，我們將於予退款。

・訂製款完成後不得退貨/ 退款。

 

We offer custom engraving services to make your piece uniquely yours.

1. How to Order:

After purchasing our "Engraving Service", please email your text to chiao.official@gmail.com to initiate the personalisation process.

2. Design Confirmation:

Due to space and spacing limitations on the piece, our team will review your request and reply to confirm if the layout is possible.

Kindly Note:

・Please allow at least 15 business days for custom engraving.

・If we find that the engraving cannot be completed as requested after evaluation, a full refund will be issued for the service.

・Once custom engraving is completed, the item is non-returnable and non-refundable.
