退與換貨 Returns & Exchanges

我們提供現貨商品之退換貨。請按照以下步驟退貨：

1. 在收到商品的7天內發送電子郵件至chiao.official@gmail.com和我們聯繫。

2. 請將商品保持在其原始狀態，連同原包裝一起寄回。

3. 提供我們包裹的運送資料。

貼心提醒：

・訂製款不得退貨。

・禮物可換成其他等價商品。

・我們不接受已磨損，使用，改動或損壞的商品。

・我們將透過您原先的付款方式進行退款。

本公司將保留拒絕不合理的退貨及維修內容之權利

 

We offer returns or exchanges on in-stock merchandise purchased through our online shop.

Please follow the steps below for return the merchandise: 

  1. Email us at chiao.official@gmail.com within 7 days after the date of delivery of the products.

  2. The products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

  3. Provide us the shipping information.

​Please note:

  • Returns are not eligible for customized items.

  • Items received as gifts may be exchanged for alternative items.

  • We will not accept jewellery item that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.

  • All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
