送貨方式

全球配送。購買台幣 2000 元以上，台灣境內免運費。

・現貨款將在收到付款後的1-3個工作日內發貨。

・客製款都是手工製作，在收到您的款項後會立即排入製程，請您預留至少10個工作日的等待時間。

注意事項：

・作品寄出之後，我們不負責包裹在運送過程中的丟失或損壞。

・國際訂單可能會依照您所在的國家產生額外的關稅，關稅或關稅。

退貨與換貨

我們提供現貨商品之退換貨。請按照以下步驟退貨：

・在收到商品的7天內發送電子郵件至chiao.official@gmail.com和我們聯繫。

商品維修

我們提供珠寶的維修服務。請發送電子郵件至chiao.official@gmail.com，內容包含商品的照片和需要維修的詳細說明。維修會根據材料成本和維修性質收取費用。您可能也需支付額外的運費。

本公司將保留拒絕不合理的退貨及維修內容之權利。

戒圍調整

我們戒圍尺寸從XS到L。有關更準確的細節，請參閱我們的戒指尺寸指南。

飾品保養

我們所有的作品皆為手工製作，所以每件都是獨一無二的。我們對作品的品質要求很高，但就像所有精緻的珠寶一樣，配戴和存放時都需多留心。提供以下幾點保養建議：

・在淋浴或運動前取下；接觸水、汗水或其他液體都可能造成氧化。

・合金飾品表面的髒污可使用乾淨的軟布清潔擦拭。我們也提供專屬925純銀飾品的拭銀布拋光布供您選購。

・將珠寶存放在原袋中或懸掛起來以避免纏繞和碰撞。

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Worldwide shipping. All domestic shipping (Taiwan) are free of charge for orders over NTD $2000.

All in stock orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days upon payment received.
Our customized items are handmade to order and will ship after the item is complete. Please allow up to 10 business days from the time payment is received for your item to ship.

Please note:

Chiao Jewellery will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages once it leaves our studio.
International orders may attract additional tariffs, customs fees or duties depending on your country’s requirements.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We offer returns or exchanges on in-stock merchandise purchased through our online shop.

Please follow the steps below for return the merchandise:

Email us at chiao.official@gmail.com within 7 days after the date of delivery of the products.
The products must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
Provide us the shipping information.

Please note:

Returns are not eligible for customized items.
Items received as gifts may be exchanged for alternative items.
We will not accept jewellery item that has been worn, used, altered or damaged.
We will not responsible for return packages are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.
All refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for shipping charges on any return or exchange item.

Chiao Jewellery reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns and exchanges.

REPAIR

Chiao Jewellery offers a repair service for jewellery purchased through chiaojewellery.com Please send an email to chiao.official@gmail.com with images and a detailed description of the product requiring repair. Repairs are subject to a repair fee based on materials cost and the nature of the repair. All repairs may also be subject to additional shipping charges.

SIZING

Chiao Jewellery’s handmade rings are available in sizes from XS to L. For accurate sizing, please refer to our Ring Sizing Guide or reusable and recyclable ring sizers are available upon request.

As each piece is handmade, we are able to customize ring sizes. For special requests, please do not hesitate to contact us at chiao.official@gmail.com for further assistance.

JEWELLERY CARE

Since all items are handmade, each piece is unique and special in their own way. We promise all of our items are of high quality, but our items are delicate like all fine jewellery. Please treat them with care when wearing and storing. The following tips will help protect and preserve the condition of your handmade item:

Remove jewellery while showering or exercising; avoid contact with water or liquids.
Use a soft cloth to polish and clean the jewellery. For our 925 sterling silver pieces, we also provide polishing cloths for purchase.
Store jewellery in original bags or hang to avoid tangling.
